We’ll split everything in the apartment 50/50 including cabinet and other storage!! Lifestyle- I don’t judge! Come home at any hour!! Just please try to be respectful if I am sleeping. Kitchen- We will share a kitchen space to please clean after you’ve used, I will do the same.
Location - Right beside york university, Driftwood area This roommate situation will start end of august for 1 year, However if you are interested in taking over the lease after a year i’ll be completely open to that‼️
