Private entrance, wifi, utilities, parking, coffee machine, microwave, air fryer, and washer and dryer included! 1) before move-in, a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold room (goes back to the rent of first month if you come) 2) At move-in, $1200 first month rent, plus 3) $600 refundable damage deposit (Late rent per day or less than 15 days notice to leave is also considered a damage.)
