My roommate and I are incoming Yale Architecture grad students, he’s an incoming M.Arch I and I’m an incoming M.Arch II. We just signed our lease for a flat at 65 Dwight St (Apt 54) and are looking for a 3rd person to take the last bedroom. Ideally targeting other architecture students, but we are totally open to anyone in creative fields, design, or just interesting and cool people to live with. The quick details straight from our lease: Rent and Utilities • Rent: $900/month (total rent is $2,700 split 3 ways). • Utilities: Landlord covers heat and hot water. We only split electricity and wifi, so monthly bills will be super cheap. The Apartment • The Place: Top floor 3-bedroom flat. It comes fully furnished, so you don't have to deal with buying or moving furniture. • The Room: Your own private bedroom with a window and a closet. Location and Vibe • Commute: Literally a 10-minute walk straight to Rudolph Hall and the architecture studio. Super safe student area close to downtown. • About Us: We're clean, easygoing, and pretty focused on our programs, but definitely down to hang out, grab drinks, or cook.
