Our current roommate is moving out by August 1st. We’re hoping to find another girl to pick up that portion of rent. Your portion would be $686 (split into 2 portions) + a third of the power bill, which varies month to month. Prefferably we’d like to find a queer person/ally who’s accepting and open.
