Room for rent

In about a month my current roommate will be moving to Ohio. I like where I live. I’ve lived in various houses in the 05 over the last 25 years. This house I’ve lived in for the last 6 years. It’s a 2bed 1.5bath. Preferably, I’d like to find a single person who works a lot who just needs a place to crash. I have 3 labs who have free rein of the house and that’s something not willingly to negotiate. A traveling nurse would be ideal, or someone that just needs temporarily housing. Absolutely NO Kids! Dogs I don’t mind but, no cats. Non smoker, non drug user, with a clean background and a stable job. My spare room is 10x10 and unfurnished. We will share the LR, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and WiFi. Rent is $600 a month payable on the 1st of the month.
