Easy commute to Midtown, LaGuardia Airport, Columbia University and City College. The perks: full kitchen with dishwasher, in-unit laundry, your own bathroom and two closets, gym, lounge room, courtyard, rooftop, an additional basement laundromat and a doorman. Please keep in mind that I don’t have a 9-5 schedule and will likely be up late working in the common area on my sewing machine. If you’re a light sleeper, this will not be an ideal arrangement for you. No application fee, but a questionnaire will be required to fill out before a potential viewing of the space.
