My cat and I would like a room

Hello. I'm an office manager with a too-long drive to work as it is, trying to move closer. I am known for being extremely quiet and consistent, and like to live somewhere fairly calm. I get along with most people but usually after work, I am ready to put headphones on and relax in peace. My cat is super-friendly to everyone, never claws stuff up, and is getting on in years, so mostly likes to lay around, either on top of people or in the sun. I don't really have guests, I don't listen to music out loud, I don't smoke or drink.
