About the property: The condo includes a little balcony, a-lot of great natural light, garage unit, laundry room, and parking space that is shared if there is more than one vehicle but plenty of street parking! The apartment is close to downtown, OB, Convoy and more! Truly a central location and close to freeways. Garbage and water included with rent but other utilities: water, electricity/gas and wifi are estimated to about $100 or so. About the current roomies: Hi, we’re Liv and Kalani; two working professionals in our late 20s, early 30s! Kalani works full-time as a staff researcher at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, so she spends a lot of time at work or along the coast. Liv works as a creative manager for a culinary and food service apparel company. Outside of work, Kalani loves hiking, playing tennis and just in general spending time outdoors — and at home, you’ll usually find her tending to her plants (more are always welcome!). Liv likes to bake and cook, read, and do witchy things (will happily read your tarot cards). When she’s not home you can find her at the beach, at the gym, or trying new restaurants and breweries. We both value a clean, calm, and respectful living space, but are both also pretty social -- we hang out and would love a roommate who’s down to chill, share a meal, or just exist comfortably in the same space. We’re also a progressive household and we’d like to have someone who shares those values and would feel at home here!
