Hi! We're looking for a roommate in the house we rent in the Harvey Park area (80219). We're hoping to resign our year long lease September 1st with our super chill landlord. This will be the third year! The room available is a bedroom best suited for a full size bed for $900 plus utilities (xcel, wifi, water) in the 3 bedroom house we rent. We have a fenced backyard with a large shed for storage, laundry and new appliances installed this year. The available bedroom shares a bathroom with one person.
Current roommates are me, Emmett (they/them) and Austin (he/him). We're in our late 20s, queer and 420 friendly. Well behaved dogs are welcome and other pets will be considered. Gals and gays preferred but open to anyone respectful, clean, and chill. Please message for more info, thanks!
