Hi everyone, I am looking for a female who will takeover my lease until June 2027 with the option to renew. Since I will move back to Japan, my room will be available starting October 1st or November 1st 2026. It is 2bed 2bath unit, you will share kitchen, living room, and a laundry with one roommate. The unit is a corner with the view of Halifax commons, lots of natural light. The locations is just beside the Halifax commons, the bus stops are 2m1ns away as well. Great access to downtown Halifax, universities, and Halifax shopping centre. My roommate (who will be your roommate) is in her early 20s, young professional. She is very chill and quiet person, and likes to keep the unit very clean and tidy. The rent $1,050 includes water and hot water. Wifi + power bill are usually $70-80/month. Heat will be added to power bill in winter season. Underground parking is available for additional fee. If you are interested in it, please contact me.
