Looking for a roommate!

Hi! My name is Annie and I’m looking for a roommate here in Wichita. My current roommate is wanting to break the lease due to not being able to afford it anymore. The apartment comes mostly furnished minus your bedroom. It’s a first floor apartment with a patio. The complex rent goes based on income but I believe you’d only pay $500 a month max. I have one small dog named Obi. I will pay internet, but will need half of electric each month.
