My partner and I are searching for a roommate from August 15 2026 to July 2027 in a fully furnished three story house in the Copper Leaf Mountain Subdivision in South Phoenix.
We're looking for a clean and respectful person to share the space. We are both professional musicians and students in our late 20's. Rent + All utilities are $950/mo - security deposit required
Private room (full bed, nightstand, dresser) and full bathroom
In unit washer and dryer
15 minutes from both Tempe and downtown Phoenix
Community pool, playgrounds, basketball courts
24/hr security patrol
No smoking or pets - we have one cat!
