ISO cat-friendly room

Description

I’m looking for a room to rent in St. Petersburg starting in September. My monthly budget is $1,200 and I’m looking for a 12 month lease. I have some flexibility with my move-in date. I’m organized, respectful, and clean. I’m moving back to the area after a year in CT and would love to find a peaceful, comfortable home with friendly roommates. I have one indoor cat who is sweet, well-behaved, and litter box trained, so I’m looking for a cat-friendly place. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, going to the beach, spending time with animals, and exploring local coffee shops, restaurants, and events. I’m hoping to find a place where everyone is considerate of shared spaces and communicates openly.
