LEASE TAKEOVER

One Mosaic Lease Takeover Hello. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease.. Here are the details.. I currently live with one other girl. We both have singles. It’s a two bed two bath. My lease ends in August of 2027.. so hypothetically you could take over the lease yourself, or if you have a friend.. you two could take over the lease.. & turn the single into a double. It’s suppose to be a double! I absolutely love the complex. It’s super clean, quiet, the property manager are amazing! This is a bit time sensitive.. So I am trying to find someone immediately. My roommate is super sweet & clean.. The price is about 2200 if you take it as a single.. but if you want it as a double obviously split it half!
