Hi, I'm liz. I'm a nonbinary leftist looking for 2 roommates to each rent out a private bedroom in a house in the Canyon Crest neighborhood of Riverside. The house is about a 7m1n walk from the 16 bus line, which runs directly to UC Riverside in one direction and the mall in the other direction, at least twice an hour. It's also located a minute's drive from the the 215 and 60 freeways, right off the 60's Box Springs Road exit. Queer applicants of any gender will get priority consideration, but cis women who are good about gendering others correctly are also fine. I have an indoor cat who is respectful of boundaries and friendly, and who does not produce allergens due to a special kibble I feed him. Pets are negotiable as long as they won't chase or attack him. Because of the queer leftist thing, I don't have many firm "house rules" in place and intend to set expectations around little cohabitation details like what kinds of visitors we'd want to be notified about in advance and potential quiet hours mutually.
