I’m looking for roommate that is interested in a penthouse apt. I’ve been mostly looking in Williamsburg including the waterfront. Average pieces are between 6500-8500. Each room would have is own bathroom. I would be parking more, about 60%, if a bedroom has a private bathroom. A guest bathroom or outside terrace may also be amenities.
