Looking for a roommate in 2B/2B apt

Hi, I am looking for a roommate for my 2 Bed, 2 Bath apartment. I live in Park La Brea Apartments in Los Angeles, CA. It is a 2B, 2B apartment which is newly renovated and has an area of 1112 sq ft. The apartment is located on the 11th floor. It is pleasant, breezy and has a good view of the city. The common areas like living room, bathrooms including my bedroom is fully furnished. I am open to renting this room to a single individual (working professional) as well up to two students. This apartment community is centrally located from Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Downtown LA, Hollywood (including Universal Studios), Malibu, Santa [REDACTED] community. Grocery stores like the original Farmers Market, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Trader Joes, Ralphs are located right outside the apartment community. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks!
