Disabled couple looking for space

Posted this on, but thought I’d give it a shot here too. (Sry it’s easier than rewriting it) Disabled couple (F34 M38) looking for a place to rent. F is a MA native and M is a TX native. Open to rooms for rent, apartments, and fun finding a new spot with another roommate. A studio would work and would prefer our own bathroom. Looking to relocate back home to Massachusetts from Texas. Looking for a September 1st move in but could make a later move in for the right space. Both have guaranteed income from SSDI and VA benefits so rent won’t be an issue. netting around 60K yearly, untaxed. We have two ESA cats, with legal paperwork, that are UTD with shots and are spayed/neutered.
We are open to having other pets like a dog or cats in the household as long as they are friendly and also UTD on vaccines. We are 420 friendly, pro LGBTQA+, non smokers, neither drink, or have parties. We are pretty much homebodies and enjoy cooking, music, video games, history, swimming, and going out to eat. We are excited to be around family again after a long time away. We are open to sharing the occasional meal or having a game night every now and then with a possible roommate. Wouldn’t hate making a new friend, but are also okay with doing our own thing.
