Description

2 rooms will be available in my apartment starting Sep 1. Room 1 ($1015): smaller room with a nice window overlooking yards and a built in closet. It´s the smaller room in the pictures. Fits a double bed and desk. Room 2 ($1240): bigger room with 2 big windows in the area that was the living room (converted with French doors and curtains for extra privacy). About the apartment:
* Nice quiet area
* A lot of stores and markets around
* Very close to J, C, and L lines
* Washer/Dryer in unit
* Fully equipped large kitchen space with dining table
* My cat lives here, so must be ok with that (no additional pets)
* Renovated very recently, so everything is in great shape
*The 2 rooms available share a bathroom (I have a separate one) About me:
*PhD student, mostly quiet
*Like to cook (for others as well)
*Clear, communicative About you:
*Stable income
*Clean and respectful in common areas
*Considerate with noise, as it is a smallish apartment
