Furnished Bedroom with Queensize bed, dresser, nightstand, closet, & private bathroom. Access to all common areas: Kitchen, living room, & Laundry. Needing a Responsible Female 18-22, who can live in house sit, as May through October I’ll be away two weeks every month helping family members, this in exchange for no rent. Must pass a background check. The $1.00 is to satisfy this sites monthly rent amount as it won’t accept $0.00.
