Room/roommate?

Hi, my name is Jave. I am a 20-year old professional. I am looking for a room to rent in Littleton or the surrounding area. I am also open to finding someone to rent an apartment or something similar in and we can search for something that fits us both. Ideally I'd like to split rent down the middle with a cap at 1000 each but that's mostly because 1000 is my personal cap. I plan on going back to college once the opportunity arises. I also prioritize solving problems as soon as possible, hopefully to help any issues we may come up with whole cohabiting a building:)
