Room For Rent

Description

I have a room available for rent as soon as possible. My last tenant just moved to Atlanta, so I need a new roommate Asap. The room comes fully furnished, with TV Bed, Personal desk, as well as a mini refrigerator. You have a private bathroom and full access to the house. There is a washer & dryer that you are welcome to use and car garage. Medium size dogs are welcome as long as they aren't aggressive. Rent is $500 and is due on the 1st of each month (On Time) I work Monday - Friday from 7:30 to 4:00 and on the weekend, i'm usually in Tampa so you'll basically have the house to yourself.
