Room for rent. House with a Pool

Description

Looking for a responsible roommate to rent a bedroom with semi private bathroom. Bathroom is the guest bath but you would be the only one using it. I travel for work a lot so you would have the whole house approx 4 days a week. Pool and back patio area is awesome. All utilities included unless you go crazy with the thermostat. High speed Internet and off street parking. I prefer female roomies because they take care of the house better. I’m looking for a great roomie. The last one he stayed 2 plus years. If I don’t respond it’s because I don’t think it’s a good fit. No smoking, no drugs and no pets.
