Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Collective at Kennesaw. I have a private bedroom with its own bathroom in a fully furnished 5-bedroom Dogwood cottage. The whole house is moving out, so you and friends would be able to move in or you could just get a room for yourself. The room is spacious, has a great closet, and is in a really convenient spot within the house. The cottage has a shared kitchen and living room, so you get your own space while still having access to all the community amenities. The Collective is only a few minutes from KSU and has a pool, gym, study spaces, and a shuttle to campus. Rent is $950/month. I’m transferring my lease because I’ll be moving away for school, and I’d love to find someone who can take advantage of the space.
