Spare bedroomm

I have a spare bedroom and i want a roommate🤗thats really it. its not a very big house but theres a laundry room, kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. I have a pretty big yard as well. Its a very small town but there is a park with a basketball court right down the road. I have a driveway and am planning to fix up the garage to have covered parking☺️ i also have two cats that i love dearlyy
