Room for Rent

Description

I have a spare bedroom in my Ranch-style house. Shared bathroom, and shared living spaces (living room, kitchen, laundry room). I have a cat, but no other animals at the moment. The room is unfurnished as I have previously had roommates that have lived in the room. The room itself is big enough for a full-queen sized bed, desk, and dresser. I require rent to be on-time always, and if you are two weeks late there will be a late fee applied. I am looking for someone to have a 6 month, 8 month, or 12 month lease (but am open to a month-to-month lease), utilities included! I try to keep the communal areas as clean as possible and if there is anything of mine that is in your way just let me know!
