Looking for female roommate

Hi all! I am in search of a roommate to join me in a single family home near Spring Canyon park. You would have the entire unfurnished lower level of the house to yourself (approx 1000 sq. feet!) with a private bathroom. Also access to kitchen, washer/dryer, backyard, etc. Available starting July 1st. Rent is $900 per month (utilities included). I am looking for a 22-35 year old female who is clean, respectful, and a non smoker (420 included). Unfortunately no pets. I am a 22 year old female working in my field. I love biking, yoga, and spending time outdoors. Would love to live with someone who has similar interests, message me for more details!
