Private Bedroom Available for Sublease (July–August) – Near Downtown, Salt Lake City, Utah I'm looking for someone to sublease a private bedroom in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment near the Downtown area for the months of July and August (the sublease period is flexible from July till mid September). You will be sharing the apartment with another university student.
The apartment is located on the second floor, with a shared laundry room conveniently located on the first floor of the same building. You'll also have access to a gym located in a nearby building.
Rent: $600 per month + utilities (total apartment rent is $1,200/month).
