Nice Clean/Quiet Townhouse

Description

There is a furnished room in a townhouse that is clean and spacious. The bathroom will be shared with one person. Both people are active and rarely there. Work keeps us both away from early morning times until evening. Weekends are usually spent going out to see friends, and if they are ever at the townhouse, respect and communication will be given. Rent comes with all utilities and access to kitchen items and wash/dryer machines. Both speak English and Spanish and love to meet different people. It does not matter what gender but want to keep all community spaces clean
