🏡 Looking for a Female Roommate to Apartment Hunt With (Toronto) 🏡
I'm looking for a female roommate who is interested in finding a 2 bed / 1 bath or 2 bed / 2 bath rent-controlled apartment together for an August 1st move-in. A bit about the search:
• Budget: Up to $2,500/month total including hydro and utilities (roughly $1,250 each) • Preferred areas: Anywhere with good access to Line 2, ideally in the west end near Roncesvalles. I'm also open to Liberty Village and nearby neighborhoods.
• I already have a realtor I'm working with, so the apartment search process is already underway. About me:
• 28-year-old chef
• I work somewhat later hours but I'm very quiet and considerate when I get home
• Very clean and organized
• I cook and meal prep frequently
• I'm vegetarian-leaning but have no issues with meat being cooked at home as long as the kitchen is cleaned up afterward Looking for someone who:
• Is clean and respectful of shared spaces
• Communicates well
• Is okay with giving a heads-up before having guests over
• Understands that everyone's schedules should be respected House rules/preferences:
• Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment
