First and last due upfront 2 rooms, fully furnished and includes utilities/Internet, Pool, Kitchen, and laundry room access 1050/month for the large room w/queen - available on 6/14 950/month for the small room w/full - RENTED 1200/month Master with private bathroom - available on 7/1 Rent will drop $100 after 4 months of on time payments and you can prove to me you can follow simple house rules. Rent is due on the 1st. I travel for work quite a bit. So I might be slow to respond and you have to catch me while I am home if you want to see the house or we will need to schedule something during the week.
