Hello. I'm looking for my next roommate. The roomie room, as I like to call it, is on the lower level of a split level home. While 's options only allow a lister to pick from a few options I like roommates to feel this is more of a home share than one room for rent. There is more to it. Let's dive in. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, conveniently located in S.E. Denver. It is close to two major freeways (i-25 and i-225) with easy access to Downtown, airport, grocery, restaurants, outdoor space & business parks. There are two Light rail stations within 1.8 miles of the house which has ample street parking. The entire house is 2300 sq. feet. Most of it has been newly renovated. There is a large backyard with a multi-tiered patio which contains a gazebo, outdoor dining table, a fire table with seating for four, a BBQ grill and hot tub. The house has a total of four bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Common areas are a full kitchen, dining room, living room, den, breakfast area, laundry room, back and front yards with patio seating. There is also a 600 sq. foot unfinished basement that can be used for storage. "Your" bedroom is on the first level with an adjacent 1/2 bath. Full bath with shower and tub is upstairs. The room is moderately furnished (bed, dresser and lamps). You are welcome to use what is included or bring in your own. Room measurements are 10x14'. Utilities such as water, sewer, electric, gas and wi-fi are INCLUDED with monthly rental fee. Please note, the photos of the room are as such as the current roommate still resides there. We have agreed to keep the bedframe, dresser and some of the smaller furniture for the next roommate. All the furnishings are tasteful and fit the room well but a new mattress will be necessary.
