My roomate and I moved into this house last November, and our current third roommate is leaving the country, so we're looking for someone to take his place. 📍 Downtown Savannah
💰 Rent: $750/month + utilities (typically around $150/month, including water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and other household utilities)

📅 Available at the end of July We're looking for a clean, responsible person who would enjoy living in a quiet and respectful home. Cleanliness is important to us, and we're hoping to find someone willing to contribute to household chores and help keep the space tidy. A little about me
I'm a SCAD graduate student in the MFA Fibers program, in my mid-30s, and the founder of my own fashion brand, @vander.upcycling. I have a cat, but she stays in my room or hangs out in the backyard.
My roomie works in hospitality. He's a chill guy in his mid-30s who enjoys streaming and taking care of his plants. We keep things pretty low-key around here—no parties, we've definitely moved past that phase 😂 The available room is Bedroom 1 in the listing below.
