Looking for a roommate July/August

Hi, my name is Olivia and I'm looking for a new roommate! I renewed my lease for 12 months and that starts June 30th. You would also ideally sign by June 15th. It is a 2 bed 2 bath (you would have the primary room) and it has an in-unit washer and dryer plus a patio. Friendly and well-trained dogs are welcome. Base rent for you would be 871 and that plus utilities is never over 1000 per month. The crossroads are Hayden and Via de Ventura. Amenities: really nice fitness center, FOUR pools, jacuzzi, tennis court, basketball court, dog run, clubhouse, assigned covered parking spot, etc. Must be a woman/nb who can pass a background/credit check when it comes time to sign the lease. Would also like to meet before signing ofc:)
