Hi! I have a sublease opportunity asap - May 2027 for the second bedroom in this 3 bed 1.5 bathroom ground floor duplex. I’ve lived here for over a year now and after signing the new lease my previous roommate had to leave suddenly. Your portion of the rent would cover a private bedroom and garage space.
