Room for rent - Irvine Great Park! Hi everyone, we have one room for rent in my house in the Irvine Great Park. The room is $1600 and has a shared bathroom that you would mostly have to yourself as it shares with the guest room. Offered either furnished or unfurnished. House is brand new as of last year. It was the model home so that is why the pictures look staged, but to confirm these are actual pictures of the house. You would be the first to live in this room. Current roommates: Myself (Sam) - 30yrs. Full time work in finance in Newport Beach. I have a hybrid schedule with going into the office. I like to stay active either by going to the gym, running or hiking with my dog. Hanu is a 2 yr old German Shepherd mix Alivia- 33. Working part time and getting her masters in speech language pathology. Originally from Washington she has been in California for the last 9 years. Alivia’s dog Pepper, stays with us part time. She is a small Karen Terrier mix. Holly- 33. Full time work in construction management. She is in office full time and enjoys volunteering at her church and spending time with her friends. We are looking for one additional roommate that enjoys a safe and relaxing home environment. We are not big partiers but we like the occasional movie night, game night and/ or holiday party. As a resident in great park you would also have access to the community amenities including the pools, hot tub, pickleball courts, basketball courts, etc. Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept any additional pets.
