33M seeking private room for rent

Description

I am a very respectful and generous roommate, professional and easy to live with and ready to move in ASAP. I currently live in Imperial Beach, I have a storage unit with my bed, futon, TV, etc. so I would only be bringing what's necessary and I can store the rest of my stuff. I own a truck so parking is a small factor, street parking is okay. My current roommate is obnoxious, filthy and disrespectful, so I'm looking to move as soon as possible. I don't require much to be comfortable. I will be traveling for work in two weeks but my current situation is so unlivable, so if you're willing to rent just until July 7th, that would be ideal, but I'm willing to rent for 1-3 months if that is a deal breaker.
