Hello, I am looking for someone female identifying to take over my lease from august 1 2026 - july 2027. It's a 3 bed 2 bath second floor apartment. Private room unfurnished, shared bathroom with one other female tenant. The living room will have a couch and coffee table. This unit and complex is wonderful and for a great price. I am also willing to help cover any transfer costs throughout the process. It is also right in front of a bus stop that goes to campus every 10 minutes, and across the street from king soopers.
