Discounted lease at Tradition!

Description

Hey, I'm currently looking for someone to take over my lease at Tradition on 777 for the upcoming Fall and Spring semester. I'm currently in a fully furnished, 5 bedroom 5 bath cottage style house with 4 other guys. Monthly rent is typically $769 a month for this style of housing, but the rent for my room will be only $689 for the entire duration of the lease. Utilities are around $70 each month.
