Unfurnished room please!

I'm looking for a place moving in September 1st. I have excellent references. I am working a secured position with the city in Pineville, therefore I want to live in Pineville as well. I have no pads. I don't smoke. It's just me here 99% of the time. I am well-mannered well-versed well-spoken and have good credit. I would like a spot to park my car and I have a bicycle that's it. I have my furnishings and I'm ready September 1st when my 1-year lease is up at my current location in Charlotte. Thank you for your consideration!
