The secret entrance to Debs Park hike is a half a block away, right across the Arroyo Secco channel.
We're two-and-a-half blocks from the coffee spots, ice cream parlors, record shops, restaurants, bars, florists and yoga studios on Figueroa.
I'm sober and I'm looking for an upbeat, positive apartment-mate who enjoys living in the area.
