* Utilities usually run around $100–120/month (higher in the winter months)

* Backyard
* Street parking available (lots of it) A little about us:
We’re both in our mid-30s and looking for someone who is clean, respectful, communicative, and easy to live with. LGBTQIA+ friendly is very important to us — ideally looking for someone within the community or an ally (preferably no cisgender males, Sorry boys). I have a cat. She's very friendly with people, but territorial with other animals, so unfortunately no additional pets.
