Independent furnished room on side of the house, own entrance, fenced area, own bathroom, small walking closet, own a/c, parking in driveway, motorcycles are okay, we will share laundry area and you can also use the machines once a week.
I include water, electricity, internet, pest control, lawn mower svc and trash removal.
Room has mid size fridge, microwave, hot plates, air fryer, sideboard pantry cabinet, table w/ chairs, queen size futon bed, etc. I run background check. Proof of income or work references required.
