Room or living space for rent

Good afternoon! My name is Kat and I live in a one bedroom apartment in the College Park area. It's not a huge space but rent is low, house is clean, rooms are furnished and all utilities will be included. I'm looking for a little help, and would love to help someone else who is looking for some temporary housing. Three hundred if you'd like to rent the living space, or hundred if you'd like to rent the bedroom. (I would sleep in the living space).
