My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to join our fully furnished 3-bedroom apartment. The place is entirely set up, so you just need to move in with your luggage!

Easy Commute: Just around the block from the 7 train—only a 20–25 minute ride into Midtown Manhattan. Neighborhood Perks: Laundromat on the very same block. Incredible supermarkets, diverse restaurants, and local gym options are all within easy walking distance.
👥 About Us & Who We're Looking For
We are two professionals in our early 30s working in the hospitality industry. We are exceptionally respectful, welcoming, and LGBTQ+ friendly. We also share our home with a lovely, 9-year-old neutered male cat. The Golden Rule: Because of our professional backgrounds, we maintain a very high standard of living. We are looking for an exceptionally clean person who takes pride in their environment and will keep the common areas immaculate and tidy (think 5-star hotel standards). If you love a pristine, organized home, you'll fit right in!
💰 Financials & Details Rent: $1,050 / month Security Deposit: $1,050 Utilities Included: Water and heating are fully covered. Shared Utilities: Electric and internet will be split evenly three ways. Move-in Date: Available starting July 1st.
