Hi! I'm looking forward to moving to the area! I have a great lead on a job that's contingent on my finding a home. It would be for my large, goofy, loveable dog and I. I do have a doctor's note for him, if that's needed. He's my ESA, but he's also my best friend! In fact, he thinks everyone he meets, including other animals, are his new besties. I put $1000, but I might have a little bit of wiggle room if necessary. I'm just not sure yet how much unti[REDACTED] secured the position. I'm a non-smoker, but it's fine if you smoke outside. My asthma stops me from really being around it. Otherwise, I'd probably still smoke weed. Do people still say that??? Lol I'm probably older than what most of you are looking for in a roommate, but I'm very young at heart and have been around people in their 20s and 30s more in my life than all other age brackets. My children are grown, doing great and on their own. So, them needing me to help with their rent or needing a place to stay shouldn't be an issue. I rarely have guests over. But I could see if I am able to have the stars align and make this move happen that they're more likely to want to come hang out with me. I enjoy my peaceful quiet time relaxing with my dog, Ratchet (yes, that's his name! Lol), going on road trips, whale watching, or random restaurants. I don't cook big meals very often, so I shouldn't be in the kitchen too much. But I do looooove to bake during the holidays! I am a Leo, with a Scorpio moon and rising, and it really does fit me to a T! I'm outgoing, yet like to be alone (I know, but you'll understand when you meet me). I'm not dating anyone, nor do I plan on it. So I doubt too many men will be coming around. I'm pretty easygoing, and I'm also an open book, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask away!
