Loyola College and many great restaurants. You will share a fully furnished 5-bedroom, two full bathroom townhouse with fully equipped kitchen, living room and walk in showers. The front room on the first floor is available for $900/month as of June 17, 2026. The three other housemates on the second floor are currently male Hopkins grad students. A female tenant (and her service dog rent the basement bedroom. It is a quiet, nonsmoking house. Utilities and WiFi are included. There is a washer and dryer in the basement for your use. I have a lady who cleans the bathrooms, kitchen and shared areas twice a month. I do not live in the house.
