Beautiful Historical House!

Seeking someone to join my lease at the historical Adolf Muench manor of Saint Paul! We have impeccable views of downtown where we watch the fireworks from CHS fields on Fridays. The house has in-unit laundry, on- garage and parking, a full yard with a kitchen garden, and a lot of storage space. You would rent a bedroom with its own walk-in closet. The room is open by the end of June, and a 2nd room should be available around mid-July. The garage has 3 stalls. You can rent one for an additional $150. Water is covered by landlords, and trash is part of our rental bill. We cover electric and wifi. There is no central AC. I'm looking to keep it a ✨️ girl house ✨️ with young professionals with steady careers. The upstairs neighbors are super cool, and we all love hosting. I have a cat and a turtle.
