The unit itself is a 3BR/1BA and has spacious common areas. The rent is $766 plus utilities and has in-unit laundry! Utilities average 135 a month, and oil tank gets filled around twice a year! You’ll be moving into a space with 2 people named Sam (1 male 27, 1 female 22) and a large, friendly senior dog (other dogs welcome, but no cats)! We’re both friendly, respectful of each other’s space, and like to keep the area generally clean/tidy. We’re also quiet people, we like to have fun but try to keep it quiet on weeknights after 7. We’ll typically have guests over 2 nights a week as well, but usually no frequent large parties. There is parking for two in the driveway but can fit three during snow emergencies! There’s a nice fenced in backyard as well as a sunroom and covered porch! WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FEMALE ROOMATE and for someone that fits the vibe of the place!
