Must be full-time worker, respectful and organized You will be sharing the house with myself (35yr old male) and one other roomate (70 yr old female) we both work full-time and keep to ourselves Rent is $800 a month with a security deposit of $200. Cable, wifi, water and light is included free of charge. Room comes with nightstand, dresser, TV and full sized bed No pets allowed
